Healthy Nutrition and Lowering Your Cholesterol
Poor dietary habits can raise cholesterol levels. A diet that consists of foods high in saturated fat and cholesterol may increase your risk of coronary heart disease and stroke. But you can help lower your cholesterol levels by eating a diet low in saturated fat and in dietary cholesterol.2

Exercising for Lower Cholesterol

Getting some form of regular exercise is important in helping you lower your LDL cholesterol and raising your HDL cholesterol. Don’t feel discouraged if you haven’t exercised before and aren’t sure how to begin. It’s easy and fun to find ways to get enough physical activity every day.

Always consult your doctor before beginning any type of exercise program.
